1) Limited Warranty Overview
Browsik warrants that new products purchased from our store are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”). Some components may carry different periods (see Section 3).
This warranty is offered to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It provides remedies described below and is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
2) What We’ll Do (Remedies)
If a covered defect arises during the Warranty Period, we will, at our option:
-
Supply replacement parts and instructions for a quick fix,
-
Repair the product at an authorized service center, or
-
Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better value.
If none of the above is commercially reasonable, we may offer a refund proportionate to time in service.
3) Coverage by Category
Unless a product page states otherwise, the following applies:
-

-

8) Out-of-Warranty Service
After the Warranty Period, we offer paid service and parts availability where possible. We’ll quote costs in advance.
9) Compatibility & Third-Party Parts
Warranty applies only to products and parts supplied by Browsik. Failures caused by third-party parts, accessories, or modifications are excluded.
10) Disclaimer & Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is your exclusive remedy for defects. Browsik is not liable for incidental or consequential damages (loss of use, time, or profits). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so these limits may not apply to you.
11) Relationship to Other Policies
This warranty works alongside our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service. If a conflict exists, consumer law protections in your location will prevail.
